Pricing and payments
No. Free events carry no per-ticket service fee — our pricing calculator returns $0.00 in service fees when an event is free. You still get the full platform: registration, attendee lists, check-in and reporting.
Running your events
Yes. You can build a seat map in our designer — draw sections, rows and tables, set price categories per section or per row, add GA areas and stage geometry — and attendees pick their exact seats. Seats are held while a buyer checks out, so the same seat can never be sold twice.
