About BoxOfficeTech
We build ticketing software for organizers who want to own their audience — not rent it from a marketplace.
Who we are
BoxOfficeTech LLC is an event technology company based in Southlake, Texas. We make a white-label ticketing platform: theaters, school districts, promoters, festivals and community organizations use it to sell tickets under their own name, on their own domain, with the money going to their own merchant account.
That last part matters more than it sounds. On most ticketing marketplaces your attendees become the marketplace’s customers, your branding is a logo in the corner, and your revenue arrives when the platform decides to send it. We took the opposite position: the portal is yours, the buyer relationship is yours, and your payment provider pays you directly on its own schedule. We never sit in the middle of your money.
What we build
We started where most organizers start — selling tickets online — and kept going into the parts of an event that usually get handled with spreadsheets and cash boxes: reserved seating charts, the box office on event night, QR check-in that keeps working when the venue has no signal, concessions and merchandise ordering, and memberships and season passes that renew themselves.
The goal is one system for the whole event, run by the people who actually run events — not a platform that needs a specialist to operate.
How we work
We ship in small steps and we listen to the organizers using the platform. A lot of what is in the product exists because someone running a real event told us what was in their way. If you are evaluating us and something is missing, ask — it may be closer than you think.
